The Stanton L727E belongs to the American maker's mass market MM range at the entry level. Its 4.4 mV output suits any standard MM phono input. The Stanton L727E from the 700 Series P-mount line trades outright precision for comfort. Moderate detail and relaxed imaging keep the presentation easygoing, bass carries decent density, and natural vocal warmth flatters worn or noisy pressings.
