Rega Apheta
The Rega Apheta arrived as the British maker's first MC cartridge in the high end class. Its low 0.5 mV output needs a dedicated MC phono input or a step up transformer. The hyperelliptical stylus runs at a rated tracking force of 1.75 g. The stylus is integrated, so a worn diamond means a retip.
