Ortofon Salsa

The Ortofon Salsa belongs to the Danish MC lineup in the upper mid range class. Its low 0.38 mV output requires a dedicated MC phono input or a step up transformer. The Fine Line stylus tracks from 2.0 to 2.4 g with 2.2 g nominal. The stylus is integrated, so a worn diamond calls for retipping.
