Additional Info

The Jelco MC 9A leans toward a forgiving, easygoing character rather than forensic precision. Vocals come through natural and warm, with solid dynamic punch and a reasonably composed low end, while the sound stays smooth on brighter or noisier pressings. Imaging holds stable enough for long casual sessions across rock, jazz and vocal genres. The stylus is replaceable, so wear stays a minor expense.
